US and the Americas Programme, US Geoeconomic Trends and Challenges
James Bacchus will join us to discuss what is at stake for the US-UK post-Brexit trade relationship and identify the key risks and opportunities. The speaker is chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Practice and a leader in the firm’s overall worldwide practice. He is a former chief judge on the highest international tribunal of the World Trade Organization, a former member of the US Congress, and a former special assistant to the US trade representative in the Executive Office of the President.
This event is part of the US and Americas Programme series on US and European Perspectives on Common Economic Challenges. This series examines some of the principal global challenges that we face today and potentially differing perspectives from across Europe and the US.
