Port Sudan: President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, has received an invitation from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

According to Sudan News Agency, the invitation was extended during a meeting in Port Sudan on Tuesday, where the Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister, Walid bin Abdul-Karim Al-Khuraiji, delivered the message to General Al-Burhan. The discussions during the meeting focused on the development of Sudanese-Saudi relations and explored ways to enhance and support these relations in a manner that benefits both nations.

The meeting also addressed the path of joint cooperation between Sudan and Saudi Arabia across various fields, underscoring the commitment to strengthening ties for the mutual interests of the two countries.
