Omdurman: President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, accompanied by his assistant, General Yassir Abdel-Rahman Al-Atta, has inspected the Omdurman Military Zone on Thursday, where he was briefed on the progress of operations in the zone.
According to Sudan News Agency, President Al-Burhan saluted the members of the zone with all its military components, the mobilized persons, and the Special Forces for their performance. He visited the forces at the sites and bases, greeting the fighters in the front positions.
He stated that the entire Sudanese people stood by their armed forces, explaining that this support and momentum united all Sudanese towards their national goal. He stressed that the armed forces will not abandon anyone who carried weapons and fought alongside the army in the war of dignity, and they will be partners in any political project in the country without exclusion.
TSC President also underscored that there will be no negotiation or compromise with those who carried weapons against the state and the people. “We are continuing on the path to victory until the last inch is cleansed in the country, Allah willing, from the filth of rebellion,” he continued. He prayed to Allah to offer His mercy on the souls of the honorable martyrs.
