RIYADH: President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah-Al-Burhan, departed for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to attend the extraordinary Arab and Islamic Summit. The summit, held in the Saudi capital, includes the participation of several presidents, leaders, and heads of state from Arab and Islamic nations.

According to Sudan News Agency, the summit’s agenda focuses on addressing the ongoing Israeli aggression in Palestinian territories and Lebanon, as well as other regional developments. General Al-Burhan was seen off at Portsudan International Airport by key figures, including TSC Member and Assistant SAF Commander-in-Chief, Lt. Gen. Marine Engineer Advisor Ibrahim Jabir, and TSC Secretary-General Lt. Gen. Mohamed Al-Gali Ali Yousuf.

Accompanying TSC President Abdel Fattah-Al-Burhan is the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Dr. Ali Yousuf Ahmed Al-Sharif, highlighting the significance of diplomatic engagement at this high-level
summit.
