Sudan: Minister of Oil Enumerates Sudan Economic Capabilities in Bosporus Summit in Turkey
Khartoum — The Minister of Oil and Gas Dr. Mohamed Zayid Awad has enumerated Sudan agricultural, livestock, mineral and natural capabilities as well as energy and alternative energy, explaining that the Sudan future depends on these areas and its geographical location.
Dr. Awad welcomed, while addressing the Seventh Bosphorus Summit, which was held in Istanbul on November 29 and concluded Wednesday, the foreign investments, pledging to provide all necessary facilities.
The minister pointed out to the comparative advantages the Investment Act offers to the foreign and national investors, thanking the host country.
It is to be recalled that the opening session was addressed by the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of Albania and President of Cyprus in the presence of a number of former presidents and former ministers in the field of oil, finance, trade, energy, labor and a number of experts, companies and businessmen.
The summit has discussed the fields of finance, energy, private sector, women, alternative energy and arts as well as the sustainable development issues.
