State Minister for Investment meets Saudi delegation desires in agricultural investment in Sudan

Khartoum, April 10 (SUNA) – The State Minister at the Ministry of Investment Osama Faisal reviewed, Sunday, investment opportunities with a Saudi delegation including Commercial and Industrial Chamber, Businessmen and bankers from Hafral-Batin region.
The delegation expressed desire to investment in Sudan for its tremendous capabilities in various fields including agriculture.
The minister welcomed the Saudi delegation and reviewed the deeply-rooted relations between the two countries, stressing the concern the Presidency of the Republic has been giving to the investment in general and the Saudi investments in particular for the interests of the peoples in the two countries.
Faisal touched on the incentives and guarantees provided by the Investment Act along the Sudanese-Saudi endeavour to sign a investment encouragement agreement to consolidate cooperation opportunities between them.
It is worth mentioning that the Saudi delegation comprises the General Manager of Al-Rajhi Bank, the Deputy Chairman of the Trade and Industrial Chambers at Hafral-Batin and a group of businessmen.
