Khartoum: The Chairman of the Sudanese Banks Union (SBU), Abbas Abdullah Abbas, announced that the banks have completed all preparations to start the currency exchange process of 1000 and 500 pounds. He emphasized that the banks are committed to facilitating the opening of accounts for the public and simplifying the procedures related to that.

According to Sudan News Agency, SBU Chairman stated that they are working in cooperation with the Central Bank of Sudan. Both institutions will be in a permanent session to receive all complaints and comments from the public, ensuring immediate attention and resolution of any issues that arise during the currency exchange process.
