The official website of Qatar Airways announced Qatar's national carrier is scheduled to increase the number of its daily flights from Doha to Amman to 35 weekly trips. The decision will start next week, at a rate ranging from 4 to 6 daily flights, compared to about 25 trips per week during the last period, the website revealed. This increase in daily flights from Doha to Amman aims to meet the increasing demand for travel onboard Qatar Airways during the summer holidays, as most Jordanian community in Qatar travel to Jordan to spend their annual vacations, the post noted. The Jordanian community currently living in Qatar stands at about 70,000, working in the Gulf country's various sectors. During 2022, Qatar Airways carried more than 18.5 million passengers across 150 destinations within its global network, its statement issued on Monday said.
