KHARTOUM, -- Sudanese President Omer Al-Bashir will lead a high-level delegation to participate in the 5th Tana Forum on Security in Africa to be held at Bahir Dar in northwestern Ethiopia this Saturday.
A number of other African Heads of State and Government and officials of international and regional organizations are expected at the event.
The two-day Tana Forum aims to discussing issues of peace and security in Africa and means of enhancing co-operation among African governments for supporting the security in their countries.
Several lectures and symposiums will be organized during the forum on various topics, including governance in Africa, security and peace in Africa and support for peace-keeping operations on the continent.
