Minister of Federal Government Chamber Pledges Support for Native Administrations Against RSF Militia.

Port Sudan: Minister of Federal Government Chamber, Eng. Mohamed Kortikeila Salih, has confirmed that the state stands with the coordination and various native administrations to vanquish the outlaw Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia, in addition to strengthening these coordinations to play their role in mobilizing the Sudanese people to stand behind the army to crush the militia.

According to Sudan News Agency, the head of the Coordination of Ta’aisha Tribe inside and outside Sudan, Mayor Abdel-Moneim Ambadi Abakar, said in press statements at the official spokesman’s platform in Port Sudan on Tuesday, following a meeting between the Minister of Federal Government Chamber and the delegation of the Coordination, that the focus of the meeting was on the Coordination of the tribe of Ta’aisha, the role assigned to it, and the goals for which it was established.

He added, “We reviewed the basic security issue, which is the issue of the statement issued by the chieftainship and what the Darfur regions have come
to in terms of mobilization of the outlaw Rapid Support Forces militia rebelling against the state,” noting that a vision reached would contribute to thwarting the militia’s plans to burn the country.

Abakar stressed the coordination’s support for the armed forces and the tribes of Sudan, indicating that the issue of Sudan’s unity is a red line for the coordination and that it cannot be compromised on, whatsoever the case.

He said that the outlaw RSF militia had sought the help of mercenaries from abroad and had relied on foreign influence, which necessitated solidarity and standing against it, revealing that there would be an effective role for the coordinations in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Government Chamber during the next stage to restore national unity and strengthen the social fabric.
