Kabashi Directs Sudan’s Foreign Ministry to Leverage Foreign Policy for Military Goals.


Khartoum: Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces (SAF), General Shams-Eddin Kabashi, has issued directives emphasizing the need to strengthen the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ role in supporting military operations. This strategic move aims to end the ongoing rebellion and restore stability in Sudan.

According to Sudan News Agency, General Kabashi’s instructions were conveyed during a meeting in his office with the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Ali Yousuf Al-Sharif. During the meeting, Kabashi pledged his unwavering support to the ministry to engage international communities and inform them about the true situation in Sudan, which has been affected by the rebellion of a terrorist militia targeting civilians and the nation’s resources.

Ambassador Dr. Al-Sharif described the meeting with the TSC member as both fruitful and successful, addressing critical national issues concerning the security and safety of citizens and their even
tual return to their homes. The discussions also highlighted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ role in supporting the Battle of Dignity through effective Sudanese diplomacy.
